Ms. Spinner began her adventures in education over twenty-five years ago and has held a variety of educational roles in public and private schools in the Canada, the United States, the Middle East and India. She is passionate in her pursuits to support young people, develop authentic and meaningful educational programs and pioneer new approaches to everything that is put in front of her. Serving as an administrator at Brookes, she prefers to see herself as a “Possibilist” rather than as a “Principal”. She is motivated to explore the learning opportunities that exist in all situations, with particular attention to those challenges which seem the most daunting. The question she most frequently asks and attempts to answer is, Where do my strengths and the needs of the world intersect?

Linda earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Calgary, and her Masters Degree from the College of New Jersey. She has served internationally as an IB Coordinator in Kuwait, Korea, Dubai and most recently China. She has a passion for creating a meaningful and stimulating learning environment for students, and is eager to put her passion into practice at Brookes. Linda loves to play golf, enjoys cooking, and values time spent with good friends.
